Excellent keep up the good work.
Prompt appointment time. Really good explanations. Really good friendliness.
The staff have been very friendly and patient. I can't hear well and yet they were prepared to repeat things and explain things carefully. They were very attentive.
The dinner staff went out of their way to find something for me to eat when I hadn't eaten for 2 days. They couldn't have been more considerate. The staff have valued my modesty.
My only criticism was the time taken to clean and change me after my operation. A day and a half after my operation my daughter washed me and changed me out of my OP gown into my own night dress. Thank you for the last 4 days.
I have to say ward 12 has been wonderful, I have been happier here than any of my other wards I have been on. The staff are happy ever in this heat and difficult times. Everybody including cleaners and all have helped to make this time on the ward easier to cope with. The system has changed and I find it difficult having virtually no contact or very little contact not the surgical team. Ward 13 should be very proud thank you.
All good, listened to, explained and to recommend referral to another consultants for what was not in his subject area, offered to help me with new pain relief and ultrasound too for more information. Thank you.
All very good.
I was helped to get back to a sport I love, which for me is a great achievement.
The classes were a great help in building confidence and technique.
Thanks to Tina and Leah.
